Bad Attitude!!!!!
<p>I am so sick to my stomach of the poor services and stinking attitudes some sales persons can have. Cell C just contacted me forcing their way to make me to agree to some service of which I politely cut the guy and said "I am sorry but I am not interested in this services." He refused to take my no for an aswer and when I repeated again that I was not interested he just hung up on me!! what is the point of calling me thanking me for being a loyal Cell C customer when in actual fact I am being treated like a ****. I want an apology from that person NOW!!!!! ********** 010</p>

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct himself in a professional manner and this is certainly no the way we treat our customers, loyal and potential.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
