bad attitude

<p>they gave other company my digit to contact me without my knowledge , i did arrangement for payment with them to pay full amount of outstanding amount i was owing them, they did promised me payed up letter aftrer making payment. so now they playing sick and hide game with me. any one who can help me. where can i report them in terms of acts.</p>
