Bad attitude
<p>Went to Cell C at Protea Gardens for a sim swap. The attitude I received from Ntombi Nkosi was pathetic. She was rude and had no customer ethics. I just wonder if she was trained to deal with customers or not. We definitely don't need such people to service your loyal cell c customers. </p>

We will be bringing the matter under the attention of the store manager for the poor service to be addressed.
