bad attitude

I got a call from Bongani Baloyi and he said I owe cell c and must pay in 24hours or my line will get suspended I explained to him that I was dealing with Shahid from cancellations and he said that's not his problem I just need to pay my account I asked him to put me through to cancellations and just like Mbali Zitha he did not want to put me through and I asked him why his giving attitude when his the one that phoned and he said pay your account then we can help you I asked nicely to check with Shahid and he said his not going to do that until I pay and as per conversation with Shahid ill only be billed for usage at the end off March. Now I'm getting emails every 5 minutes that I owe R350 which needs to be paid in 24hours. I'm not willing to pay any usage since this was cell c fault not canceling my contract and the bad after service I'm getting from cell c. Even though my wife wants to do another contract but after this bad after service I'm enough off cell c and bad consultants that are not willing to help what happened to customer service.
