Bad attitude

I took out a new contract with Cell C on Wednesday 11.11.2015 in with it states that I have 7 days to call in and insure my phone. No insurance was offered in store.<br> <br> On 13/11/2015, I has hijacked at gunpoint. My car was taken along with my handbag containing both my cellphones, ID book, drivers license, gun license, purse, and all other normal documentation.<br> <br> I managed to have the phones blocked the same day, and tracker found my car. But my handbag was gone.<br> <br> I reported it to 084140, and received absolutely no help.<br> <br> I understand that the phone which wasn't insured cannot be replaced by Cell C, but I have been back to cell C Lakeside Mall twice with a certified copy of my I.D., and they are refusing to give me a replacement Sim card. without an original I.D. book. I have supp**** them with the police docket as proof that I was ******, and yet they are the most unhelpful bunch of people I have ever come across.<br> <br> So, now I am expected to pay a contract that I cannot use until such time as I can get an original I.D.<br>
