Bad attitude
Called cell c customers care on Saturday afternoon and spoke to an agent called Jabulile just to inquire about my missing.she was not so helpful,infact she so rude she did not answer my questions ans she just hang up the phone without saying anything Iyhoo what a terrible service from cell c

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
