Bad attitude

I app**** for cellphone contract at Centurion Cell C assisted by Johannes and approved I then overheard another consultant telling another for a double deal of an A54 and and A24 .I then asked him to change mine to a the double deal since I qualified for R650 and it is R599.Johannes was not happy that I want a double deal as he never promoted the double deal. Today I phoned him today he said I do not qualify and I phoned Cell C online and I am told I do qualify for R650 still. I am not sure if he is a ****** or what?
