bad attitude

3 weeks ago i got a new contract blackberry z3 fone from cell c, it was delievered 2 weeks ago.the sim cards were supoed to be activated 24hrs or receival but they only work 4 days after and i had to check with my old fone because the fone was not working as well.kept calling cell c with my own money because im not a cell c user on the 7th attempt a guy named richard from activation i was talking to him for the 3rd time and then eventually he said switch the fone off anf on again and if its still not working call again and i said but weve tried that so many times with u as well but its not and then he said he has other clients on the line n im blocking the que, finally it was collected last week thursday and i called again on friday to find out when will be my 1st payment since ive never used the fone and the sim cards and i was tols it the 20/07/2015 and i said how can i pay for something i dont even have and never used before so soon, this rude gal from accounts said shes transferring me to cancelations but instead she released me as well.i dont want this fone and i want to cancell but im not being helped.i regret trying out cell c and now ill pay for something i dont have.
