Bad attitude

I have a contract phone with cell C and my phone was send to repairs and when i needed information on the progress of my phone the lady was not patient to me as she didn't not make it clear that it take 21 working days whereas i was just told 21 days than it will be back. Today on the 28 of January I called and Mandisa was unhelpful I asked what i could do to find out the progress and she just said i need to call the repair center myself than when i asked for the numbers she said she doesn't have the numbers and dropped the call on me. It was rude and unprofessional to do so.
