bad advise from Cell C

Was excited about the Friday special I Phone SE R199 upgraded last week to a sim card only was advised although the document says 24 month IT IS NOT a 24 month contract - phoned Cell C this morning was told cannot upgrade because I have a 24 month contract phoned the branch @ ****arney they said no problem just send a letter and we will arrange they even asked me what color phone I required - got feedback the amendment will take 24-48 hrs by which the special will have been expired - so much RED tape for a 6 year customer - this is the 2nd time I was let down by Cell in April they billed me for sms totalling R1010 despite these sms not appearing on my device -
