Bad advertising for sales

Hi, my wife was due for an upgrade and she had a sales person call her from Cell C to assist her with her upgrade. This person was Banele. She did the telephonic order and quote. Banele promoted to my wife the package for R229 per month for a Sony Aqua M4. This was to include 100 free anytime minutes, 100 sms's and 100mb data. My wife accepted this offer. When my wife received the quote confirmation, the entire order was incorrect. It was for the incorrect phone as well as only 25 minutes and the data split between daytime and nightime use. My wife was really upset as this is not what she was quoted for. She called the supervisor and spoke to Portia who said she will listen to the recording. Portia called back to say that there was an error in promoting the wrong details of that contract. My wife indicated to Portia that she wanted that upgrade cancelled and the one that was quoted (M4) must be given to her as that is what was quoted. Portia agreed to look into this. Yet today, my wife still receives the incorrect phone that she requested to be cancelled. She did not take it and told the delivery person to take it back. This is totally unacceptable and must be resolved!
