Bad admin and poor services

In 2022 I was due for upgrade on my A32 so Cell c downgrade me with an A23, I raised a query regarding this which is still not resolved, due to hospitalizion my debit order for May 2023 didn't went through but I paid via eft on the 3rd of May and send POP on several occasions, on the 14th of May another debit order went through wich ment that I was 1 month ahead, I recieved sms's for notified I'm in arrears, in short they suspended my service after they telephonic admid they did received pop and I'm not in arrears, I can't wait for my contract to come at a end
