Bad Accounts and Billing

I had such endless problems with Cell C regarding their customer service. Ive visited stores on different occasions in order to resolve matters, not to mention the many calls i made. What is so dissapointing, you call or email to try and solve the matter but no calls from Cell C. I arranged for a debit order for a specific date, certain telephone nr and amount. Upon checking my bank statement I noticed the debit order was on the wrong date, wrong amount and the wrong cell nr. It cost me again to go back to cell c. Please can someone tell me how can you do business with Cell c?
