Bad accounting

Again another month and still getting emails that cell c is going to disconnect my phone. Dear Cell C Customer

According to our records your account is in arrears by R 2 004.97. Please make a payment towards the account to prevent further action or kindly contact us on 084135 to discuss the options. My April account that I have received that's payable end of the month's shows I owe only April's account, but I get emails that my accounts going to be disconnected. What a joke is cell c account
