Bad Account and Customer Services

Accounts and Client service is utmost disgusting as there is no urgency to speak to a client with immediate attention. They would rather take down your contact details and call you back at their time as they don't have the skills to speak to their irated clients. Cell C always quick to send out emails and take action but never can they give their clients a courtesy call to enquire if all is well. Spoken to Ntombi for 15 minutes, gave her my contact details initially on the start of my call, she asked to verify my number after 15 minutes on my call... *********** and not paying attention on their work ... really bad service from Cell C .... can't even rate them ...
