My name is Bongani Khambule and I stay in Randfontein, on Saturday I lost my phone and went to buy a new one at village square knowing very well that there is a cell c shop there and I will be able to do a sim swop. Only to find out that the cell c shop was closed, even at tambotie mall there is no cell c. I then decided to buy the sim card at Ackerman's connect and called 135 to speak to the consultant, the IVR is also nonsense because it says there is a technical problem call later. So now it means I must drive all the way to Krugersdorp, or westgate mall, or key west just to do a swim swop. Thank you cell c after I'm done with your sim contract I won't be using your services anymore because I don't understand why I should struggle to get a service and waste litres of petrol just to pay R130 for a sim swop.
