Horrible service. Been waiting 7 days for my issue to be resolved. An issue which has affected me in a very bad way. Left to right with support center, no end result in sight.

13 Sept 2024, 18:04Third week just about done. Still waiting. Nobody seems to know anything about fixing anything. Feedback I recieve every second day exactly the same, 'case still under investigation', 'case still pending', 'waiting on technician', 'case escalated'. I really wish I could port out, but ja, Im unable to send sms's.
