BAD

In 2013 December I took a contract with Cell C witch consist out of 3 Phones and 3 Sim cards. February this year I got a call from Cell C saying I can upgrade and I told the lady I do not which to upgrade I want to cancelled my contracts with Cell C, She then told me to contact Cell C's cancellation department. I phoned them and said I would like to cancelled my contracts. Guess what they only cancelled the one phone after the 3 Phones was a package deal. They kept on deducting money from my account. So I kept on phoning Cell C to ask them to stop deducting from my account as to which they rep**** that only one phone was cancelled... To which I rep**** that I have cancelled all. The lady told me she would get the person how cancelled only the one phone to call me back.... It never happened. Then a guy phoned me and told me I ow Cell C R400 +. As I was explaining for the 100th time what happened he slammed the phone in my ear. I then phoned Cell C and spoke to a Manager she then told me Only one phone was cancelled and that I have taken out two contracts in December 2016 witch I did not. They cannot show me paper work I have signed for and I have not gotten any phones?! Now I have to go to the police station and waste time to get an statement stating I have not taken out any contracts in December 2016. Worst of all is Cell C's staff's attitude sucks and is unprofessional
