Backyard insurance company

I don't think this is a legitimate insurance company. Don't ever take insurance with them unless you want to regret paying your premiums and not getting help after lodging a claim. I have cancelled my insurance with them and three months later they are still billing my account. I finally asked Telkom to separate the bill for the two devices from the insurance, however I must wait another month before they can do that.
