Axxess Cellc LTE Internet Solutions With NO Solutions

So for the fourth time this year Cellc broadband hosted by Axxess is NOT working. Their internet solutions doesn’t not have any solutions. What the point of paying Axxess a monthly fee if their Cellc LTE won’t work? They don’t send updates to their customers and they don’t compensate us for the days we have lost. It is 15 Dec 2018 (day 3 ) of no WiFi and a public holiday tomorrow. The Axxess call Centre agents could care less. They have no solutions either. For those of us running internet businesses we suffer a lot. I am not impressed! One of the Axxess consultants asked me to cancel my service with them. That’s how much they care.
