Awfull service & denies my identity & taking my money

I wish i can give no stars its been 3 months i have a debit order going off everytime the same date but when i request help you horrible i am paying for 2 contracts that i dont have access you always block me i called more than i times i was in store for more than 4 times and you still cant help me you are basically *****ing my money because you are offering me a service that i dont even have access to i need help your customer support is awfull i need help you are makimg me mad and mad all i need to do is sim swaps thats all everytime your system denies me even tho i am right infront of a consultant with my id and proof of residence......can someone help me
