Awfull experience and terrible service

Cell C is awful. After paying my ac ount they did not allocate the amounts to all 4 lines and now cut my other 2 eventhough I am in credit with tthem now. Phoned customer service logged a query and received feedback that it was corrected yet it was not. Seriously thinking of cancelling all my lines and moving even my family has agreed that they are thinking of moving. The accoints department is horrible and the service agents dont do what they say what does it help to pay your account if they mess up paykents every second month anyway. Would not recommend cell c to anyone
