Awful service all around

Cell c had a great deal on Saturday part of black Friday deals. I app**** for the R1000 unlimited pinnacle with iPhone 8. I have 2 contracts by Vodacom, cell c only wanted to give me a credit score for R500?!?! After explaining I have 2 contracts by Vodacom, I was told that my score will be increased, it is approved, we are waiting for activation. I got nothing that Saturday, went home, been told to call next day, then again. We contacted head office, who said they will call us what would be then Tuesday which they did not Tuesday 4pm cell c kolonade calls me to tell me that they won't be increasing the score?!?!?! Called cell c, I was transferred to countless people, the last transfer they dropped the call. Complaints department at head office told me someone will call today... Guess what? They did not. Black Friday is over, Cyber Monday is gone, I could have gone for other deals if they had said no we are not interred in your business within the first 5 minutes.
