AWFUL SERVICE!!!
I have been trying to get hold of your legal dept for the whole week with no success. On the 21st of August I was transferred by the consultant and I held for 20 minutes without getting through, I tried again today and held close to 30 minutes until my airtime was exhausted still couldn't reach your legal dept. Your call centre is so useless you might as well just close it down. I seriously need someone to contact me urgently to sort out an account I have with you people. Ref: ********** 28
