Awful service

I am extremely disappointed! ! I have been a customer for almost 10 years and never have I experienced such bad service. I have requested a deal matcheck, followed the right channels and NO ONE has gotten back to me. I have spoke to FIVE advisors, emailed TWO different advisors who promise to get back to me and still nothing. Again I called today and was promised that someone will contact me back as soon as she was done with a someone on the call and it's been 4 hours later and still nothing. Next week will be 2 weeks and I think it's absolutely ridiculous !! So many empty promise's and emails after emails and still no contact. Not even a decency call to let me know "we are working on it" The way I feel now, I WON'T recommend CellC to anyone !!
