Awful customer service

I received a statement from Cell C beginning of January and on there it states there is a refund due to me. I’ve followed up with Cell C numerous times regarding when I’m going to receive this credit due to me and I still haven’t received the money back. The service has been terrible and I don’t understand why as a cell c customer I have to struggle and continuously follow up with no results in the end. I was told I’d receive the refund last Friday but haven’t received anything. The service I’ve received has been awful and really disappointing especially since I’ve been a cell c customer for a long time. I’ve sent emails to customer service and they don’t even have the decency to reply to my mails, never mind calling in, my calls are continuously dropped when I call in. Service is atrocious
