Awful Cell C call centre

The Cell C call centre must be rated as one of the worst in the world. First you have to go through a confusing list of menu after menu until you get to the real gotcha: the service PIN. They really insist that you must enter it to proceed. There is no option to state that you don't have one. If you persist, you at last get the option to speak to an agent. And then you wait while listening to the most awful distortion which cannot be called music. The irony is that I am not unhappy with my contract - I just wanted to know what the current rates are. All of this could have been provided on the web site but it isn't. What a shame.
