Awesome Service James
<p>AWESOME SERVICE BY JAMES. Upon visiting Cell C president square shop 33, James went the extra mile .When you asked James to help , he did not just ask what he can help with , he did it with passion, enthusiasm and with the knowledge of the ins and outs of everything. James is willing to move mountains to get the job done. He provided the level of service South Africa despritly needs. Reminded me of why I joined Cell C many years ago.</p>

For some reason my limit was made as R500. I never requested and would never agree to this.
James does not work there no more and the branch washed there hands of this problem.
James assured me "the limit cannot be zero. I assure you I have made it R1 so that you do not have any surprises at the end of the month''
Susiquently I used my data knowing it would automatically stop when my data is done.
This is not the case. My account relects an extra R438.60 for this month.
I am deeply ****ed off and unsattisfied.
This is not treating clients fairly and I will not be reccomending cellc positivly in the future.
