Awesome service from technical services!
My wifi calling stopped functioning after a recent package change. I was convinced it was due to a change on Cell C end, but 2 calls to the service center assured me it wasn't. After spending some more time trying to resolve it, I got hold of the call center again but this time got put through to Thulani Xashimba in the technical section and within seconds he managed to fix the problem by reactivating the service on my line. Thanks Thulani! You are a legend!
