Awesome service from Moses Mo***eng

<p>I had a complaint regarding Cell C , Of which Moses Mo***eng called me to resolve. I however still had a query 3 days later after my query was resolved and send him an email . He called me back 5 minutes within sending the email , And assisted me with my query even though it was not related to the original complaint.</p> <p>We used to call centers transfering us from 1 person to the next , However with Moses i experienced first call resolotion . Cell C needs more people like you who holds the Awesome service flag very high.</p> <p>Keep it up. I am really impressed with your service.</p>
