AWESOME SERVICE FROM CHANDRE BILLINGS AT CELL C
AFTER RECEIVING PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CELL C CONTACT CENTRES( I WAS EXPECTING A CALL FROM A MANAGER SIFISO DLAMINI) TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND NOTHING MATERIALISED... THIS MORNING I SPOKE TO CHANDRE BILLINGS...THIS YOUNG LADY IS SIMPLY AWESOME.... SHE WAS POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL & DESPITE ME BEING UPSET SHE RESOLVED MY ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. I WISH CELL C WOULD EMPLOY MORE COMPETENT STAFF LIKE CHANDRE... IT WOULD MAKE IT A MORE PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE TO CALL A CONTACT CENTRE
