Awesome Service from Cell C

While I recently had a billing issue with Cell C on another contract (which was resolved) I must compliment them on the experience I had with them while taking out a new contract.<br> <br> I walked into their head office customer care centre on a public holiday and app**** for a buyout deal. Minutes later the deal was concluded and I had my phone. My number was ported to Cell C that afternoon already and the very next morning my gift card had the buyout amount loaded on it. <br> <br> I must admit that I was apprehensive about Cell C's network coverage as I was leaving Vodacom but I have been pleasantly surprised by the network performance - in my work and home area Cell C outperforms Vodacom in all aspects!<br> <br> The biggest headache of this whole process was going to Vodaworld and cancelling my Vodacom contract! I waited 2 hours for a consultant! At their head office! Good riddance! Not even a goodbye after 18 loyal years!<br> <br> Keep it up Cell C, you're heading in the right direction.
