Awesome Service

After a frustrating morning of standing in bank queues and unfriendly staff, I would just like to say a big appreciative thank you to Mpho! She assisted me with a new contract for your 60G + free ZTE router. She was friendly, treated me like I was the only customer in the store (which was very busy and noisy AND she was assisting more than one customer ;D) and I'm sure she was more exhausted than I was, but her smile and helpfulness to get me sorted out never faltered.<br> <br> As mentioned, I was already frustrated and just her friendly greeting relaxed me. I sincerely hope this compliment gets back to her. We need more consultants like her. It looked to me as though the other staff in the store were like her, and that's awesome!<br> <br> Just a little suggestion about the store itself though-there is no queuing system in the tiny store, so customers don't know who was there first. Maybe invest in a ticket numbering system? It will alleviate stress on your customers and your delightful staff.<br> <br> Thanks again Mpho, you're a star!
