Awesome Service

<p>A quick review to thank Nelson at the Waterfall Campus Cell C shop for his awesome and efficient service. I needed an early upgrade and he made it happen. </p> <p>I had contacted various other Cell C branches who didn't seem too keen to help, but called the Waterfall Campus shop yesterday afternoon and spoke to Nelson who said he would see if the early upgrade was possible and would call me the following morning. He did exactly as he said, just asked for some paperwork this morning and 30 mins later said that I was welcome to come through to the store to complete my upgrade.</p> <p>Good customer service certainly goes a long way.</p> <p>Thank You!!</p>
