Awesome client service
<p>The staff at the Cell C store in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal are phenomenal they value their customers and put a great deal into customer service. I've been struggling for days trying to the agents at the call centre to assist me with a number change and I eventually went into the Ladysmith Cell C store and Shaun and Greshan were more than willing to help me. It took them less than 10 minutes to assist me and walked out the store smiling and a very happy customer. I think the call centre agents need to go for extensive training at this store to learn how to satisfy a customer.</p>
