AWEFUL CUSTOMER TREATMENT WHEN I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT

I wrote a review regarding Cell C's attorneys hounding me after I and Cell C cancelled my contract. Apparently I owed another 269 which I was not privy to but Cell C handed me over just after cancelling my contract after I have been a customer for years. I duly paid the R269 even though I don't have any proof of what it is for since my data services stopped in July already, just to get them off my back but their attorneys are still hounding me. I called Cell C frequently to sort this out but I'm passed around from pillar to post. WHO HANDS YOU OVER FOR R269 WHEN APPARENTLY IT WAS DUE FOR SEPTEMBER AND THIS IS ONLY 13 DAYS AFTER SEPTEMBER. WHO HANDS YOU OVER FOR R269 WITHOUT A CALL OR EXPLANATION OF WHAT IS STILL OWED. I WISH I NEVER HAD A CONTRACT WITH CELL C.
