Awaiting for the phone to be collected

I cancelled my contract on the 10th of January 2018 and asked for the phone to be collected as it was already delivered,till today the phone has not been collected its been 8 days waiting for collection,I called for more than four times for collection. Next thing they will be charging me for something I have not used.I was given this collection reference CCD 226140.

I am stil waiting no one called in regards to the phone even called Ram in regards to the collection.Please what must I do now because am tired of calling customer care about the same thing.Not happy with cellc no more shame.
