Awaiting Feedback but no communication

I have tried to get information via the call centre and local store regarding the 10 Giganite bolt on and so far have had no real advice as the staff have no idea how to do the deal. I lodged my query yesterday on the Cell C website to see if I could get advice that way, but no one has called or emailed me yet. I never thought it would be this difficult to give a company more money. My case number is ***, please give me a call and please whoever calls me make sure they KNOW what to do.
