Awaiting Feedback and resolution of account

Regarding my previous complaint about Cell C handing me over, Derek from legal phoned me on 29.12.2015 at 12:16 and again at 12:39 to inform me upon investigation that he will be contacting the MBD attorney and send me a paid up letter and credit the account and this will reflect as of monday 04.01.2016 he said he'd call by midday. i still have not received a phone call from him stating all is clear and no paid up letter yet, and MBD attorney is still calling me requesting i pay them. Derek gave me this Ref No. ***.<br> Still awaiting feedback and resolution taken.
