I am still waiting for Busisiwe to call me who promised to call me back on the 31st August 2023. Can someone please call me regarding case number ***. Please note that the initial case number that was provided for my initial complaint is *** however i see that the case number keeps changing which is concerning because does the agent calling me know my complaint exactly.
