Awaiting Feedback

<p>I had a previous case with Cell C that needed attention and was sorted out and when i asked to do a follow up on a case that i have been going on for a year there is still no feedback. R650 ood rand that needds to be refunded to me that was taken illigally out of my bank account from Cell C for a contract that was added to my name that was not mine. This happened in November 2015 and only removed the contact in Janaury 2016 and ever since ive been fighting to get feedback on the matter. Spoke basically to every person at Cell C and emailed the people responcible for this mistake that Cell C made. Previous querry that was resolved i spoke to Lungi and was informed i would be emailed and that communication can go forth via email. No email sent or call back.</p>
