Awaiting feedback

<p>I'm writing this story to explain how disappointed I am in cell C as a network provider.I had a pending case which was attended by one of they agent by the name Lungile and she was very helpful but their was no understanding why I wrote to them at the 1st place.My problem was not with them giving me credit for the months I have been paying for a device I don't have money is not the issue but I wanted to get a functional device that I will happy to pay for monthly but instead they credited my cell C account with R627 and all I ask for is a working device which they fail to deliver if need be I think it's better if everything be settled in court I'll close cell C from my monthly debits</p>
