Awaiting delivery of device

This is really disappointing considering the fact that Cell C is technically insolvent and is heading for bankruptcy.

On Monday, I submitted an application for a new contract, and the sales agent assured me that everything was in order and that I should anticipate a delivery confirmation via SMS. However, when I contacted them the following day, I was informed that my application had not yet been processed. Today, I made another call, but your customer service representatives redirected me to the wrong departments for approximately 30 minutes. Eventually, one of your agents informed me that it might take up to 14 days. If I do not receive a delivery notification by the end of today, I intend to switch to MTN, a provider known for their efficiency and reliability. They have never let me down in the past.
