Awaiting Benefits

Since the 1st Sep 2020 my cell c benefits havent been loaded and I have called in over 10 times went to the Cresta branch and still nothing I have spent money on airtime which was not supposed to be because I have a contract in which no one can actually tell me what is going on and why my benefits haven't been loaded as yet , everyday day is wait 24 to 48 hrs its the 8th today i really cannot wait for this "We have received your query and will attend to it shortly. Your reference no is: ***. An SMS will be sent to you when your query has been resolved. Cell C" This is what i have to always wait for and drive around to get somthing fixed which had no issues.
