Avoid cell C, they debit you even after your contract has ended!

Despite having cancelled my contract in June, Cell C continues to debit my account. Without providing data or airtime, the contract doesn't exist but Cell C continues to ***** R1449, while ignoring my messages and calls. I've taken to social media because they think this is a joke! They owe me a refund and is now forcing me to consider legal options.
