Avoid Cell C Fibre like the plague

Don't even bother signing up with Cell C Fibre. Received the free router and auth details on the 6th of Feb. They didn't work, and somehow I am able to connect with the default "guest" credentials on a factory-reset router (scary). The router is garbage (3ms ping just to the router over ethernet). The ping for local servers is garbage (not suitable for gaming, constant packet-loss, even with a 20Mbps line, Twitch is completely unwatchable). They close support tickets without even resolving them, and then don't reply to subsequent support requests. I have already been charged twice, and it's not even the end of February.
