Avoid Cell C
1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Cell C
I'm extremely frustrated with Cell C's service regarding my number porting process. It's been almost four weeks since I started following up, and I'm still not getting any resolution. Every time I call, the agents ask repetitive and unnecessary questions, which is a complete waste of my time.
The most concerning part is that my number is currently stuck with Cell C, and I'm unable to receive calls. This has severely impacted my livelihood, causing me to lose gigs and affecting my family's well-being. I've been given a reference number, ***, and I'm still waiting for Bongane Sithwaba to call me.
The lack of urgency and understanding from Cell C's customer service team is appalling. Don't they understand the importance of having a working number? I expect better service from a reputable company like Cell C. Until they resolve my issue, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
