Avoid Cell C at all costs - Not a full featured service!!
Please be AWARE: Cell C is NOT a full featured service. You CANNOT do certain things as part of a contract like you can on other mobile operators in SA. You can send USSD codes, phone special numbers (insurance, medical, etc), or toll numbers. Not even Toll-Free numbers. Avoid Cell C at all costs!!

14 Jun 2022, 20:52Ah, so Cell C throw me back to the T&C's of the Subscriber Agreement .... and it is extremely fine print, which I doubt extremely few people every read. However, no where do they show in BIG BOLD wording on their stores that Cell C is a partial service (compare to all other providers), and that you CANNOT use Cell C for USSD (******ll C) and/or special numbers. Which means, that if you are in an accident you CANNOT phone your insurance or your medical aid, which means you are stranded .... and this is by Cell C deliberate design!! And oh, even if you think you have a contract which includes airtime & data .... you DON'T!!!!
So people, as stated, avoid Cell C at all costs!!!!

As far as I am concerned, this is blatant deceptive marketing and signing people up under false pretenses. But it is EXTREMELY clear that there is a PARTIAL SERVICE OFFERING will Cell C!! Avoid them at all costs!!!! Their connectivity and signal is the worst I've ever come across!!!!
