Avoid cell c at all cost
I have been having numerous problems with Cell C and the customer service sucks. My contract got switch off due to no payment, yet my statements show payments. They are unable to tell me where there was no payment done and then they get frustrated and drop the call. The service is appalling. Instead of capturing payment, they add it my account as outstanding which is *****.

02 Nov 2023, 12:08They want to make a payment arrangement, but can't tell me which month was a shortfall, cause to all my account statements every month has been paid. Somewhere someone messed up with my account and that is the exact reason why my debit order was changed to manual payments cause someone messes up and then a double debit gets done.

Glad I have in writing that my account is up to date. I just received my monthly statement showing amount due is R4458.62. No one knows where this amount is coming from and why?
It is obvious your accounts department has no clue what they are doing. My October payment is still not reflecting on my statement.
Hench why I stopped debit order and make manual payments, cause this would have caused an unauthorised debit order and I would have to fight for a refund again!
