AVOID C-FIBRE

Dear Cell C Support, Team Leaders, Management

On the 7th of March a ticket was logged to upgrade my fibre line to 50mb, sad to say that you still have not managed to perform a simple task.

Agents keep phoning me to test speeds, restart routers and other equipment, and still you guys aren't solving the problem. It's clear that you Team Leader, Floor Managers, Management are completely ***********.

How can a ticket that has been open for almost 4 weeks not be resolved yet? How is it possible that not manager has given me a call (not a floor manager) someone that can assure me that my speeds will be sorted! How is it possible to not provide feedback? How is it possible that so many people are involved in this ticket and not ONE person takes ownership and run with it and prioritize this ticket?

The main one: How is it possible to trust and rely on such big providers to deliver world class service. The answer - you can't because wrong people are in the wrong positions, if the right person was dealing with my case and given it it's full attention it would've been sorted by now!

Cell C is an absolute disappointment. The worst of all is that i'm sue i will get billed at the end of this month for a 50mb line since it's been active from the 9th of March at your billing department. I really don't believe that even if i do log a ticket that you guys would re-reimburse me. I don't think anyone will pick up the phone and tell me that you owe me.

Cell C, i now kindly request, not an Agent, not a Team Leader, but a manager to give me a call and tell me what the hell is going on with ticket number CF116103

I expect a call before 5pm today with a solution.

I'm out to make it as difficult as possible and these type of posts will keep on coming.

Sort it out PLEASE!

Kind Regards,

Good day Marco

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We would like to assure you that this is not the norm at Cell C, nor is it the level of service that we aspire to provide.

We will follow up with our Fibre Support Team and revert to you.

Best regards,
